Membership Application Form
Membership in the Women Former Students' Network (WFSN) is open to women holding undergraduate, graduate,
or honorary degrees from Texas A&M University, and others who share the mission of the WFSN.  Women Aggies
and friends may be:

(a) Full Members:  Women students who have been enrolled in courses or received  baccalaureate, advanced, or
honorary degrees from Texas A&M University  (Only full members of the WFSN are empowered to vote or serve on
the board.)
b) Associate Members:  Women and men who share the mission of advancing the engagement of women former
students and supporting current and future generations of women students at Texas A&M University  

The WFSN has five membership levels:

Charter Membership (available only in 2008 and coming with special recognition)

New Graduate Membership (available within 2 years after graduation)

Notice
WFSN has applied to the IRS for the 501(c)(3) tax-exempt status.  Although we do not expect any problems
in this area, there is the chance that the IRS will not grant our request.  Any donation made to the WFSN
prior to the approval date should be done with the knowledge the donation may or may not be tax
deductable.  WFSN will issue a receipt at the time of the donation is made and notify donors of the approval
when we receive further information.
Public Release of Names
On occasion, the Women Former Students' Network would like to list its membership on public documents to
highlight the variety and quality of our members.  If you do not wish to have your name released, please
check below.
